Franco-British photographer Olivier Tafforin is interested in most subjects but has a particular fondness for portraiture.

His art background, combined with his passion for vintage cinema, has always greatly informed his photographic work.

His aim has always been to sublimate his subjects whilst preserving an emotive authenticity.  He absolutely loves digital but sometimes enjoys using film too - what matters to him is the beauty of the final image.

Having had the desire to live near the sea for a long time, he relocated to Folkestone in 2021, after living and working in London for over 20 years.

Olivier's work has been exhibited in Mayfair, Chelsea, Haymarket, Notting Hill, Hackney, East Dulwich, Beckenham, Folkestone and he has released two coffee table books.
